Exchange/Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process under the following guidelines:
1. Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be made within 4 days of receiving your order.
2. Product Condition: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged. If you received a damaged item, please send us photos of the damage at Aneiraclothing1@gmail.com for review.
3. Return Process: For home pickups, we will arrange a pickup of the order directly from your doorstep.
4. Return via Own Means: If you’re in a non-serviceable area, you may need to return the product using your own shipping method.
5. Refund Method: Refunds are available for prepaid orders (orders paid online) and those refunds will be processed within 5 -10 days. For Cash on Delivery orders, we’ll issue a store credit that’s valid for 1 year.
6. Store Credit: Orders placed using store credit cannot be refunded and can only be returned for store credit.
7. Exchanges: Please make sure exchanged items are securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
8. Non-Refundable Items: Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed at our store.
